Η YALCO TRADING Α.Ε, κορυφαία εταιρεία στο χώρο του επαγγελματικού και οικιακού εξοπλισμού, επιθυμεί να εντάξει στο δυναμικό της έναν έμπειρο Sales Manager για την ανάπτυξη της δραστηριότητά της στον τομέα HORECA στη Νότια Ελλάδα.

Ο κατάλληλος υποψήφιος θα έχει την ευθύνη καθοδήγησης και ανάπτυξης ομάδας πωλήσεων (5-6 άτομα), την υλοποίηση στρατηγικής πωλήσεων για την περιοχή ευθύνης, καθώς και την επίτευξη των εταιρικών στόχων που έχουν τεθεί.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Ηγεσία, παρακολούθηση και αξιολόγηση της ομάδας πωλήσεων
  • Διαμόρφωση και εφαρμογή στρατηγικής πωλήσεων για τη Νότια Ελλάδα
  • Σχεδιασμός και διαχείριση προϋπολογισμού πωλήσεων της περιοχής
  • Διεύρυνση πελατολογίου και ενίσχυση συνεργασιών στον κλάδο HORECA
  • Επίτευξη και υπέρβαση φιλόδοξων στόχων ανάπτυξης

Απαραίτητα προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Ανώτερης / Ανώτατης Σχολής επιθυμητό
  • Αποδεδειγμένη 7ετή επαγγελματική εμπειρία στο χώρο των πωλήσεων HORECA, κατά προτίμηση σε εταιρεία εμπορίας / διανομής, και με τουλάχιστον 3έτη εμπειρία σε ηγετικό ρόλο.
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτά και προφορικά)
  • Άριστη γνώση χειρισμού ηλεκτρονικών υπολογιστών, εφαρμογών Internet, MS Office και εμπορικής διαχείρισης ERP
  • Ικανότητες ηγεσίας, διαχείρισης ομάδας και ομαδικό πνεύμα συνεργασίας
  • Δυνατότητα γρήγορης προσαρμογής και αποτελεσματικής επίτευξης στόχων
  • Άριστες οργανωτικές, επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες
  • Διαθεσιμότητα για πραγματοποίηση συχνών ταξιδιών
