We are looking for a
Key Account Manager
to manage and grow our relationships with major retail and wholesale clients. The role focuses on driving sales growth, maximizing profitability for branded products and collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams. The
Key Account Manager
will report directly to the Sales Manager.
What You'll Do:
- Expand and nurture the retail customer network, driving growth and maximizing results.
- Manage Key Accounts, including major retail and wholesale clients, building strong and long-lasting partnerships.
- Monitor, analyze, and forecast sales performance using KPIs, ensuring profitability across customers and product categories.
- Collect and interpret market and competitor insights to guide strategic decisions.
- Contribute to commercial planning, adjusting actions to align with market trends and company priorities.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to implement and execute the commercial strategy.
- Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Service, Finance) to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Oversee demand planning to align sales forecasts with inventory management.
- Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools to uncover insights and support data-driven decisions.
- Participate in industry meetings and commercial initiatives to stay ahead of market developments.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management or a similar sales role in the FMCG sector, with proven experience working with both retail and wholesale clients.
- Proven track record of managing major clients and achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, account management, and commercial planning.
- Experience in demand planning and sales forecasting.
- Competence in market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Good To Have:
- Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools for data analysis and reporting.
