International Junior Account Manager

The role:
We are looking for an adaptable, proactive and internationally-minded Junior Account Manager to join our International Department. In this role, you will support and grow our existing franchise and wholesale accounts, while also identifying new opportunities to expand COCO-MAT's global presence.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned international markets, maintaining consistent daily communication with partners and stores.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with franchise and distribution partners, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual growth.
  • Act as a commercial advisor and performance coach to partners, supporting them in setting and exceeding annual goals.
  • Design and execute tailored sales, marketing, and promotional plans per country, aligned with COCO-MAT's guidelines.
  • Support the preparation and follow-up of annual budgets and commercial objectives by market.
  • Track and analyze sell-out performance vs targets, and help partners identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure alignment with pricing policies and brand positioning across all international locations.
  • Explore and evaluate new distribution opportunities, and support partners in approaching new business prospects.
  • Lead or participate in direct sales projects or strategic market initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the international management team to report on progress and align strategies.
  • Represent COCO-MAT in international travel, events, and meetings, promoting the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business administration or related field. Master's degree will be an asset.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management or commercial roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (another language is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with partners.
  • High level of accountability, adaptability and proactive thinking.
  • International mindset and cultural sensitivity – able to thrive across borders.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative attitude and a can-do spirit.
  • Willingness and availability to travel internationally.
