Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent, we are seeking for an experienced and results oriented Account Manager to join our Commercial team at Sunlight's Athens premises.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
- Develops sales strategy that covers sales, revenue and expense controls for the assigned accounts.
- Oversees account performance according to KPIs.
- Creates, monitors and implements a sales plan ensuring accomplishment of sales goals.
- Prioritizes business development as a task by seeking out new accounts and opportunities.
- Measures, tracks and analyzes key account metrics and create reports for internal use.
- Participates in the development and monitoring of budget.
- Collaborates closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. PM), on providing the best service to our customers.
- Expands the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Builds trustworthy relationships with customers, acting as an ambassador.
- Keeps abreast with industry and market trends and best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in sales within the industrial or a related sector.
- Proven track record in sales performance and customer relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong business acumen and problem-solving ability.
- Results-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Excellent command of written and spoken Greek & English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel within Greece and the Balkans.
