Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager for CUPRA | SEAT at Technocar S.A. located in Kifisiá. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing effective sales strategies. Daily tasks include monitoring sales performance, setting sales targets, providing training and guidance to the sales team, and regular dealer visits. The role also involves conducting market analysis and reporting on sales metrics to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Sales management and team leadership skills
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and setting sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills and proficiency in market analysis
  • Familiarity with automotive industry and products, particularly CUPRA and SEAT, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
