Η υποψήφια θα έχει κομβικό ρόλο στη διοικητική υποστήριξη, την ομαλή ροή πωλήσεων και τη διαχείριση πελατών & συνεργατών.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες

  • Διαχείριση τηλεφωνικού κέντρου και επικοινωνία με πελάτες
  • Παρακολούθηση υπολοίπων πελατών
  • Διαχείριση leads μέσω κατασκευαστών και υποστήριξη του τμήματος πωλήσεων
  • Ανανέωση ετήσιων συμβάσεων υποστήριξης πελατών
  • Δημιουργία & διαχείριση προσφορών και μηνιαίων ανανεώσεων λογισμικού
  • Καταχώρηση και παρακολούθηση παραγγελιών
  • Διαχείριση τιμολογίων προμηθευτών και τιμολόγηση πελατών μέσω ERP (Softone)
  • Τήρηση και ενημέρωση εσωτερικών εγχειριδίων (ERP Guide, Sugar Guide, Backoffice Guide)
  • Καταγραφή MoM's από μηνιαίες συναντήσεις
  • Αρχειοθέτηση τιμολογίων και εγγράφων
  • Συμφωνία δεδομένων ERP–SUGAR (Sales Analysis & Vendor Analysis, Products Plan)
  • Προετοιμασία αναφορών και στατιστικών πωλήσεων

Απαραίτητα προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο ΤΕΙ/ΑΕΙ Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφούς αντικειμένου
  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Η/Υ, MS Office και επιθυμητά ERP συστημάτων (Softone)
  • Ικανότητες οργάνωσης, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και ομαδικό πνεύμα
  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικών
