Job Brief:

We are seeking a
highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Venture Capital Analyst

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for
analyzing tech companies to identify promising investment opportunities.

You will evaluate various factors including the competence of the management team, product offering, commercialization model validity, financial health, path to profitability, and other key metrics. Additionally, you will help manage current investments and contribute to strategic decisions such as identifying optimal divestment windows.

Role Objective:

To provide actionable investment recommendations based on thorough analysis and identify new industries or technologies that could offer high-potential investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform
    Commercial and Financial Due Diligence

on potential investments.
- Manage Legal Due Diligence

with the help of legal experts.
- Interview management teams

to understand their goals, vision, and motivations, and evaluate the team's ability to execute on that vision.
- Prepare
detailed reports and presentations on potential investments

- Research and explore
emerging industries or technologies

that could present lucrative investment opportunities.
- Recommend

specific
venture capital investments

based on thorough analysis of all available information.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Finance, Economics, Statistics

, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Over 5 years

of relevant experience.
- Exceptional
financial analysis

and problem-solving skills.
- Strong
knowledge of the venture capital industry

and its trends.
- Good understanding
of business practices and financial models

.
- A good understanding of
accounting principles

.
- Proven track record of academic and professional success.
- Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite

and
SharePoint

.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
English

.
