Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team, where you will play a pivotal role in advising our business, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts across our operations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams you will ensure compliance with Greek & EU law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including client services (e.g. master service agreements, statements of work, service level agreements), supplier contracts, and licensing agreements (IP, software, etc.).
• Provide expert advice on Greek & EU contract law and commercial best practices, with a focus on risk mitigation and compliance.
• Support the development and maintenance of contract templates, policies, and legal workflows.
• Partner with business and operational teams to identify and mitigate legal risks while achieving commercial objectives.
• Stay informed about changes in Greek & EU law and industry-specific regulations.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); a Master's degree (LLM) is a strong plus.
• Qualification as an Attorney-at-Law in Greece (Athens Bar Association or other Bar Association membership)
• Strong knowledge of EU & Greek contract law
• At least 5 years of experience
• Excellent command of the Greek & English language (both oral & written)
• Proficient knowledge in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
