SEPTONA, one of the leading Greek companies in personal care, operating in Greece and 70 countries globally, is seeking for a
Brand Manager
to join our Marketing Department. The role will be reporting to the
Group Brand Manager
and is based in our premises in
Kifissia.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive financial, market share and brand targets. Communicate actionable insights and drive results across multiple teams
  • Contributes to the development of brand annual plans and budgets. Amplifies category activations.
  • Innovation: contributes to the delivery of brand innovation projects. Participation in all activities related to innovation development: planning, designing and launching new products
  • Execution: ensures on-time and efficient brand plan execution
  • P&L ownership
  • Manages A&P spending in line with budget
  • Consumer and market insights analysis
  • Propose new product launches in line with portfolio strategy.
  • Develop brand strategy & marketing plan
  • Liaise across functions (supply, sales, trade marketing) to ensure successful execution of marketing plan.
  • Develop and implement omnichannel communication in cooperation with agency.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Marketing, in FMCG market
  • Agility, ability to prioritize, cope with complexity
  • Results oriented and strong communication skills.
  • Can Do attitude / think as business owner
  • Excellent presentation skills
