KORRES is a Greek skincare brand, born out of Athens' oldest homeopathic pharmacy in 1996. Founded by Greek Pharmacist George Korres who believes in the innate potency of natural ingredients and chemical engineer Lena Philippou who believes that nature is the inspiration for scientific discovery.

Inspired by the most powerful natural ingredients and local traditions, KORRES delivers effective natural products; discovered in nature and nurtured by science. KORRES collaborates with over 15 different European academic universities to do ground-breaking research into the power of plants. Our research shapes and nurtures nature's inherent powers.

Today KORRES takes Greek herbs around the world through more than 400 natural products, with brand presence in 30 markets. It's all about clean, effective plant-powered formulas that capture the beauty of Greece in harmony with nature.

KORRES is looking for a talented Brand Manager to join its Group Marketing team.

He/she will actively participate in the strategic planning for the product categories of responsibility at a global level:

  • Definition of category priorities through close monitoring of business performance metrics
  • Identification of new growth opportunities through close monitoring of global trends and competitive activities
  • Definition of brand strategy and brand plans (innovation, campaigns and activations)
  • Driving the strategy and delivery of product innovations, in close collaboration with the NPD team
  • Leading the creative conception and development of new campaigns, in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Creative, Digital, Trade Marketing, PR)
  • Timely delivery of global toolkits (strategy, creative concept, campaign assets)
  • Recommendation of product assortment (innovations, relaunches, delists, hero products), pricing and promo strategy
  • Acting as key point of contact for business units/markets
  • Managing stakeholder feedback at all levels, across functions and business units/markets
  • Delivery on business objectives.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a passionate marketer, a self-starter and a team player. A professional with creative thinking and a positive can-do attitude. An individual able to operate with significant autonomy, display accountability and adaptability in the context of a high-paced working environment.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration. A postgraduate degree will be considered an asset.
  • 2 - 3 years of marketing and/or creative experience in a Marketing or Agency team. Experience on Beauty / Personal Care brands will be considered an asset.
  • Experience in digital marketing, specifically in the conception and development of digital brand campaigns, will be preferred.
  • Experience in product innovation projects will be considered an asset.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written).
  • PC literacy (MS office).
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills.
