Food & Beverage Manager

Το Bill & Coo, υπερήφανο μέλος των Leading Hotels of the World και αυθεντικό σύμβολο φιλοξενίας στη Μύκονο, συνεχίζει να επαναπροσδιορίζει την πολυτέλεια συνδυάζοντας την αυθεντική ελληνική εμπειρία με τη σύγχρονη κομψότητα. Οι γαστρονομικές μας εμπειρίες αποτελούν βασικό κομμάτι αυτού του οράματος, από το βραβευμένο Yevo Gastronomy Restaurant έως τα μοναδικά outlets των ξενοδοχείων μας.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:

  • Εποπτεία και αναβάθμιση της καθημερινής λειτουργίας όλων των F&B outlets, διασφαλίζοντας άριστο επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης και ικανοποίησης των επισκεπτών.

  • Καθορισμός και υλοποίηση της γαστρονομικής κατεύθυνσης του ξενοδοχείου, ανάπτυξη νέων concepts, μενού και δημιουργικών ιδεών σε συμφωνία με την ταυτότητα του brand.

  • Διαχείριση αγορών, κοστολόγησης και σχέσεων με προμηθευτές ώστε να εξασφαλίζεται ποιότητα και αποδοτικότητα.

  • Στελέχωση, εκπαίδευση και καθοδήγηση της ομάδας F&B με στόχο την αριστεία στην εξυπηρέτηση.

  • Έλεγχος και διατήρηση υψηλών standards λειτουργίας σε όλα τα outlets, σύμφωνα με τις προδιαγραφές του LHW και του brand.

  • Συνεργασία με τον Executive Chef και την κουζίνα για την ενίσχυση της γαστρονομικής εμπειρίας και την εκτέλεση events.

  • Ανάλυση οικονομικών αποτελεσμάτων, καθορισμός στόχων εσόδων και υλοποίηση στρατηγικών μεγιστοποίησης της κερδοφορίας.

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Τουλάχιστον 3 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε ανώτερη διοικητική θέση F&B, ιδανικά σε ξενοδοχεία πολυτελείας.

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε fine dining ή/και εστιατόρια με αστέρια Michelin θα θεωρηθεί σημαντικό πλεονέκτημα.

  • Ικανότητες στη διαχείριση αγορών, αποθεμάτων και κοστολογίου.

  • Γνώση συστημάτων παραγγελιοληψίας (POS, προγράμματαF&B)

  • Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία στην ηγεσία ομάδας, ανάπτυξη προσωπικού και στελέχωση.

  • Δημιουργικότητα στην ανάπτυξη νέων concepts, cocktail lists και εμπειριών φιλοξενίας.

  • Άριστη γνώση ελληνικών και αγγλικών· επιπλέον γλώσσες θα θεωρηθούν προσόν.

  • Εξαιρετικές οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, με hands-on προσέγγιση.
