Καθημερινά καθήκοντα:

  • Ορίζει και εποπτεύει τις διαδικασίες εξυπηρέτησης στους χώρους ευθύνης του.
  • Ελέγχει την υποδοχή και την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών στο εστιατόριο.
  • Διασφαλίζει την έγκαιρη προμήθεια και αποθεματοποίηση ειδών και εξοπλισμού.
  • Συνεργάζεται με την κουζίνα για την εκπλήρωση των παραγγελιών.
  • Εστιάζει στις ανάγκες των πελατών και χειρίζεται ερωτήματα/παράπονα.
  • Εξασφαλίζει τη σωστή έκδοση φορολογικών αποδείξεων.
  • Ελέγχει τα προγράμματα καθαριότητας και την αποκατάσταση του χώρου μετά τη βάρδια.
  • Προσαρμόζει το τμήμα στις τάσεις της αγοράς και φροντίζει για την εφαρμογή των εσωτερικών κανονισμών.
  • Εξασφαλίζει την τήρηση των ποιοτικών επιπέδων και των διαδικασιών ασφαλείας.
  • Συνεργάζεται με το τμήμα πωλήσεων για εκδηλώσεις και ειδικές απαιτήσεις πελατών.
  • Ελέγχει και παρακολουθεί τις απογραφές και τις διαδικασίες υγιεινής.
  • Εφαρμόζει και διασφαλίζει τις διαδικασίες HACCP για την ασφάλεια των τροφίμων.
  • Αναπτύσσει στρατηγικές για την αύξηση της αποδοτικότητας και της κερδοφορίας του τμήματος.

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ή πιστοποίηση στον τομέα της Εστίασης, Ξενοδοχειακής Διοίκησης ή συναφή πεδία.
  • Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 3-5 ετών σε θέση F&B Manager ή παρόμοια.
  • Εξαιρετική γνώση των διαδικασιών HACCP και των απαιτήσεων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων.
  • Ικανότητα στρατηγικής σκέψης και ανάπτυξης στρατηγικών για την βελτίωση της αποδοτικότητας και της κερδοφορίας.
  • Άριστες οργανωτικές, επικοινωνιακές και ηγετικές ικανότητες.
  • Καλή γνώση της ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης ομάδας και επίλυσης προβλημάτων.
  • Γνώση της αγοράς και των τάσεων στον τομέα του F&B.
