Καθήκοντα

  • Διαχείριση και συντονισμός όλων των επισιτιστικών τμημάτων, διασφαλίζοντας υψηλής ποιότητας υπηρεσίες και ικανοποίηση πελατών.

  • Οργάνωση, καθοδήγηση, εκπαίδευση και αξιολόγηση της ομάδας F&B, ενισχύοντας την εταιρική κουλτούρα και επαγγελματική πειθαρχία.

  • Σχεδιασμός μενού και λίστας ποτών σε συνεργασία με Chef και Sommelier, καθώς και έγκριση πρώτων υλών, προμηθευτών και εξοπλισμού.

  • Διαχείριση οικονομικών θεμάτων F&B: κόστη, έσοδα, αποθέματα, παραγγελίες, απογραφές, ταμείο και ανάλυση KPIs για μεγιστοποίηση κερδοφορίας.

  • Τήρηση και Διασφάλιση των εσωτερικών διαδικασιών λειτουργίας της εταιρίας (SOPs)

  • Συνεργασία με άλλα τμήματα του ξενοδοχείου (Front Office, Housekeeping, Συντήρηση, Events, Sales) για ομαλή λειτουργία και διαχείριση κρίσεων.

  • Εποπτεία συμμόρφωσης με πρότυπα Υγιεινής & Ασφάλειας, HACCP, ISO standards, audits και έλεγχο ποιότητας σίτισης προσωπικού.

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Ανώτερης Σχολής Τουριστικών Επαγγελμάτων ή αντίστοιχο από εσωτερικό ή εξωτερικό.

  • Τουλάχιστον 6 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε ηγετική θέση επισιτιστικών υπηρεσιών.

  • Άριστη γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτά και προφορικά).

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση υπολογιστών και συστημάτων ERP, POS και PDA.

  • Άριστη γνώση HACCP, Health & Safety και εφαρμογής λειτουργικών προτύπων (SOPs).

  • Ικανότητες ηγεσίας, οργάνωσης, στρατηγικού σχεδιασμού και ανάλυσης οικονομικών αποτελεσμάτων F&B.
