Καθήκοντα:

  • Διαχείριση της καθημερινής λειτουργίας του τμήματος υποδοχής (Front Office) και Guest Relations.

  • Επίβλεψη και καθοδήγηση της ομάδας υποδοχής, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των υπαλλήλων υποδοχής, night auditors, grooms/porters, Front Office Manager

  • Οργάνωση βαρδιών και διασφάλιση επαρκούς στελέχωσης σε συνεργασία με τον/την FOM

  • Διαδικασία allocation, αλλαγές δωματίων και λοιπές υπηρεσίες εξυπηρέτησης πελατών

  • Εξασφάλιση υψηλής ποιότητας εξυπηρέτησης για όλους τους επισκέπτες.

  • Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα Housekeeping, Συντήρησης, και F&B για την επίλυση θεμάτων πελατών.

  • Διαχείριση αλληλογραφίας

  • Εξασφαλίζει την τήρηση των προϋπολογισμών (κόστους εργασίας προσωπικού, επίτευξη στόχων πωλήσεων από Upgrade, LCO και έσοδα υποδοχής).

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:

  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε ανάλογη θέση στον ξενοδοχειακό κλάδο

  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτώς & προφορικώς)

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση δεύτερης ξένης γλώσσας θα συνεκτιμηθεί

  • Άριστη γνώση υπολογιστών και προγραμμάτων PMS (Protel)

  • Επικοινωνιακός και διπλωματικός χαρακτήρας
