Καθήκοντα:
Διαχείριση της καθημερινής λειτουργίας του τμήματος υποδοχής (Front Office) και Guest Relations.
Επίβλεψη και καθοδήγηση της ομάδας υποδοχής, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των υπαλλήλων υποδοχής, night auditors, grooms/porters, Front Office Manager
Οργάνωση βαρδιών και διασφάλιση επαρκούς στελέχωσης σε συνεργασία με τον/την FOM
Διαδικασία allocation, αλλαγές δωματίων και λοιπές υπηρεσίες εξυπηρέτησης πελατών
Εξασφάλιση υψηλής ποιότητας εξυπηρέτησης για όλους τους επισκέπτες.
Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα Housekeeping, Συντήρησης, και F&B για την επίλυση θεμάτων πελατών.
Διαχείριση αλληλογραφίας
Εξασφαλίζει την τήρηση των προϋπολογισμών (κόστους εργασίας προσωπικού, επίτευξη στόχων πωλήσεων από Upgrade, LCO και έσοδα υποδοχής).
Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:
Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε ανάλογη θέση στον ξενοδοχειακό κλάδο
Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτώς & προφορικώς)
Πολύ καλή γνώση δεύτερης ξένης γλώσσας θα συνεκτιμηθεί
Άριστη γνώση υπολογιστών και προγραμμάτων PMS (Protel)
Επικοινωνιακός και διπλωματικός χαρακτήρας
