Στο βραβευμένο ξενοδοχείο Ekies All Senses Resort στη Βουρβουρού Χαλκιδικής, το οποίο είναι μέλος των Design Hotels, δημιουργούμε αξέχαστες εμπειρίες σε ένα μοναδικό φυσικό περιβάλλον μπροστά στη θάλασσα. Υμνούμε την υψηλή αισθητική, τιμούμε τη βιωσιμότητα και πάνω από όλα αγαπάμε τη φιλοξενία. Αναζητούμε έναν F&B Cost Controller για να γίνει μέλος της ομάδας μας και να μοιραστεί μαζί μας το όραμα μας για το ελληνικό καλοκαίρι.

Τι θα κάνεις:

  • Έρευνα αγοράς - συμφωνίες με προμηθευτές

  • Παραγγελίες Α' - Β' υλών και λοιπών αναλωσίμων

  • Εσωτερικές διακινήσεις στα τμήματα του ξενοδοχείου καθημερινά

  • Παρακολούθηση καθημερινών αναλώσεων και αποθεμάτων F&B.
  • Ανάλυση κόστους πιάτων & ποτών (menu engineering).
  • Καταχώριση και έλεγχος τιμολογίων, παραλαβών και απογραφών.
  • Συνεργασία με τους Chef, Bartenders και F&B Manager για έλεγχο προμηθειών και wastage.
  • Έκδοση αναφορών κόστους, αποκλίσεων και προτάσεων βελτίωσης.
  • Διασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με τις εσωτερικές πολιτικές και διαδικασίες.

Τι ψάχνουμε:

  • Πτυχίο Οικονομικών, Λογιστικής ή Σχολής Τουριστικών Επαγγελμάτων.
  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε ξενοδοχείο 4* ή 5*.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Excel και συστημάτων ERP/POS (π.χ.ESTIA HIT).
  • Ικανότητα ανάλυσης δεδομένων και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών.
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα και υπευθυνότητα.
