Αναζητάμε Media Partnerships Manager, ο οποίος/-α θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για τη δημιουργία, ανάπτυξη και υλοποίηση εμπορικών συνεργασιών με media partners για την προβολή των πελατών του agency.

Ο ρόλος συνδυάζει στρατηγικό σχεδιασμό media, media buying και επικοινωνία με εμπορικά τμήματα μέσων ενημέρωσης. Στόχος είναι η επίτευξη αποδοτικών συμφωνιών και η ενίσχυση της προβολής των πελατών του agency με τον πιο αποτελεσματικό τρόπο.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Ανάπτυξη και διαχείριση εμπορικών σχέσεων με media partners και διαφημιστικά μέσα.
  • Διαπραγμάτευση και κλείσιμο media deals και χορηγιών για λογαριασμό των πελατών.
  • Σχεδιασμός και υλοποίηση media plans σύμφωνα με τις ανάγκες των πελατών και τον προϋπολογισμό τους.
  • Εύρεση βέλτιστων ευκαιριών προβολής σε όλα τα media channels.
  • Παρακολούθηση αγοράς και τάσεων media, εμπορικών πακέτων και νέων δυνατοτήτων προβολής.
  • Συνεργασία με εσωτερικές ομάδες του agency (account managers, creative, strategy) για ενιαία παρουσίαση στους πελάτες.
  • Παρακολούθηση KPIs και reporting αποτελεσμάτων προς την ομάδα και τον πελάτη.
  • Ανάπτυξη στρατηγικών media προτάσεων που υποστηρίζουν τους στόχους των πελατών.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο Marketing, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφές αντικείμενο
  • Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος θα συνεκτιμηθεί
  • Προϋπηρεσία από 6-8 έτη σε ρόλο media sales, media buying ή εμπορικές συνεργασίες με media.
  • Άριστη γνώση του ελληνικού media landscape και εμπειρία σε εμπορικές διαπραγματεύσεις.
  • Δυνατότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών έργων/πελατών ταυτόχρονα.
  • Ικανότητα δημιουργίας σχέσεων εμπιστοσύνης με media partners.
  • Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ικανότητα παρουσίασης και υποστήριξης προτάσεων.
  • Εξοικείωση με media planning tools και reporting.
  • Διάθεση για εξέλιξη και συμμετοχή σε μια νέα, αναπτυσσόμενη ομάδα.

  • Εξαιρετικές δεξιότητες διαπραγμάτευσης και διαχείρισης σχέσεων.
  • Αντίληψη της αγοράς και αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία στον κλάδο.
