The Role

We're looking for a
part-time Marketing & Social Media Manager
to lead
DRAFA's
online presence and community growth. This is an opportunity to define the voice, identity, and growth strategy of a fast-growing
sports tech startup
based in Athens.

You'll work directly with the founders to create impactful content, grow an active community, and attract new players and venues to the platform.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute DRAFA's social media and content strategy across
    Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
    .
  • Create engaging content —
    reels, stories, player spotlights, venue features, event clips
    .
  • Build and manage our online community: engage with players, sports groups, and ambassadors.
  • Launch creative campaigns to drive
    app downloads and engagement
    .
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for reach and growth.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to align marketing with
    product updates, partnerships, and events
    .

Who You Are

  • A creative storyteller who knows how to capture attention and drive engagement.
  • Experienced in
    social media content creation
    , especially short-form video.
  • Passionate about
    sports, tech, and community building
    .
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Skilled with tools like
    Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite
    .
  • Bonus:
    experience in sports marketing, startup growth, or mobile app campaigns.
