Zeus International Hotels and Resorts Group is seeking a
Social Media Specialist
to enhance its digital presence and support the brand across all social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Zeus International's official social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Create original and compelling content aligned with our brand tone and identity
  • Design, monitor, and optimize social media advertising campaigns (Meta Ads)
  • Interact with our community through comments, messages, and real-time engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, PR, Hotel Operations) to align strategies
  • Track performance metrics and social trends, and provide actionable insights
  • Adjust campaigns based on data to improve engagement and reach

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in social media management, ideally in the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and tools like Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, etc.
  • Experience in paid campaign management and performance analysis
  • Creative thinking and strong writing/editing skills in English and Greek
  • Team-oriented mindset, time management skills, and attention to detail
