Key Responsibilities

  • Create monthly
    editorial calendars
    tailored to each client's brand and objectives.
  • Define key
    social media KPIs
    and measure the success of every campaign.
  • Plan, manage, and oversee
    social media content across all major platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the
    creative team
    (designers, videographers, copywriters) to ensure all content aligns with client goals and brand identity.
  • Maintain a cohesive
    brand image and tone of voice
    across all channels.
  • Stay up to date with the
    latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm updates
    .
  • Write engaging copy and provide detailed
    briefs for design and content creation
    .
  • Set up, manage, and optimize
    Meta, Google, and TikTok Ad Campaigns
    .
  • Track and improve
    user engagement
    , suggesting data-backed optimizations.
  • Optimize
    company and client pages
    to enhance visibility and organic growth.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management or performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of
    Meta Ads Manager
    ,
    Google Ads
    , and
    TikTok Ads
    .
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns effectively.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency in tone and design.
  • Experience with
    SproutSocial
    ,
    Later
    , or similar scheduling tools is a plus.
