Digital4u, Member of Epsilon Net Group of Companies & one of the fastest-growing digital marketing agencies in Greece, is looking for a highly motivated and super creative Social Media Manager to join our marketing team.


𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:

As a Social Media Manager at
Digital4u
, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that elevate brand presence across all digital platforms. You will manage day-to-day social activities, analyze performance, and drive engagement to support overall marketing goals of each client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media pages and channels, including devising social media calendars for clients.
  • Write and create social media posts & distribute content on social platforms.
  • Communicate directly with clients in regarding their content strategy and monthly calendars.
  • Be an active part of our creative team, contribute to brainstorming, develop creative ideas and suggest innovative ways to deliver digital content.
  • Work on new client proposals on the content strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams as well as client teams when necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date on new formats and trends on all the popular social media platforms.
  • Understand social media platforms, social metrics, social reports and analytics, community management, and broader digital insights.
  • Effectively prioritize and schedule work and adjusting resource and time allocation accordingly.
  • Be able to present results & relevant social media insights to clients & sales teams.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a minimum of 2-3 year experience in social media management, preferably in an agency.
  • Experienced in leading the content strategy of a diverse clientele
    and managing client expectations
    .
  • Demonstrates excellent writing skills with a strong command of the English & Greek language and grammar.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Great presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead initiatives.
  • Proven knowledge in Meta Business suite.
  • Passion for digital marketing and continuous learning, including familiarity with AI-assisted search tools.
