DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to administer the official pages of our agency's clientele. You will be responsible for creating original content, managing posts and responding to followers. As a Social Media Manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and Social Media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of how each Social Media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Write, edit and publish engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram & TikTok
  • Optimize Social Media posts (language, tone, message) based on target audience's behaviors
  • Select appealing images and videos to complement text
  • Coordinate with internal teams to create advertising posts
  • Track and report on Social Media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rate)
  • Respond to questions and comments
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to deliver creative web content (text, image and video)
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Fluency in English
  • Hands on experience in content management
  • Excellent copywriting skills
