Social Media Supervisor-Intern
to take ownership of our online presence.

Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Social Media Supervisor, located in Athens. It can be part-time or full-time, offering flexibility to suit the candidate's availability. The role involves managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to increase audience engagement. Additional responsibilities include supervising tasks, coordinating with team members, and supporting the event production team in social media promotions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor all PROELECTRO Ltd.'s social media accounts across various platforms. (Instagram / Facebook / LinkedIn)
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with our brand and marketing goals.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
  • Plan, create, and capture content during various events and productions, ensuring it is suitable for social media style, formats, and trends.
  • Run paid campaigns and evaluate performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather content related to ongoing projects, events, and company updates.
  • Respond professionally and promptly to messages, comments, and inquiries across all channels.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, platform features, and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience with Ads Manager tools and basic digital advertising knowledge.
  • Ability to create content directly on-site during events, capturing photos, videos, and moments relevant to social media storytelling.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Passion for social media, marketing, and digital communication.
  • Previous experience (even academic or project-based) is a plus
