Role Description

This is a full-time Social Media Manager role based in Athens, with a hybrid work setup allowing partial remote work. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for designing and executing social media strategies, optimizing content for various platforms, and managing community engagement. Day-to-day tasks include creating and scheduling posts, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the team to maintain a cohesive brand presence. This individual will also be expected to stay updated with the latest social media trends to continuously improve our online presence.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategies
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and the ability to evaluate social media performance
  • Experience in brand storytelling and maintaining consistent voice across platforms
  • Attention to detail and ability to adapt to emerging trends in social media
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
