Food & Beverage Manager
to join our team at the
THE DOLLI
, one of the most awarded hotels in Greece. As a F&B Manager, you will be responsible for managing all F&B outlets within budgeted guidelines in compliance with the company's standards. Your duties include identifying guests' needs and respond proactively to all their concerns, implementing health and safety policies and practices. The ideal candidate is a polished and confident leader with passion for hospitality and an instinct for creating unforgettable moments. Your goal is to maximize guest's satisfaction within the foreseen financial frame and inspire teams through mentorship and example by following the company's SOPs. The Food & Beverage Manager reports directly to the General Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage all aspects of the daily F&B operations, including restaurant, bar, in- room dining and events.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures and quality control measures to ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead team recruitment, training and ongoing development, cultivating a culture of craftsmanship, service excellence and pride.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis.
  • Partner with culinary leadership to design innovative, seasonal menus as well as analyse cost of goods and operating supplies.
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality, presentation and service aligned with Forbes standards.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations to ensure the company remains competitive and relevant.
  • Be a strong present on the floor, engaging with guests, anticipating needs, and delivering
    exceptional guest experience
    that reflects the state of the art, luxury and history of Athens.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality as a F&B Manager, assistant F&B Manager or similar role
  • Passionate about food and beverage service, including industry trends and best practices
  • Leadership skills with proven experience in staff training and performance evaluation
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Entrepreneurial and agile, thriving in a dynamic, high-performance environment
  • Excels at communication, both verbal and written
  • Fluent in English; multilingualism is a strong advantage
