Η ZEO BAKERS, δυναμικά αναπτυσσόμενη παραγωγική εταιρεία στον χώρο της κατεψυγμένης αρτοποιίας, αναζητά Στέλεχος Πωλήσεων για ενίσχυση της ομάδας της στην Αθήνα.
Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:
• Διαχείριση και ανάπτυξη του υπάρχοντος πελατολογίου.
• Αναζήτηση και προσέγγιση νέων πελατών (B2B & B2C).
• Διεξαγωγή έρευνας αγοράς και αξιολόγηση αναγκών πελατών.
• Ενεργή αναζήτηση νέων ευκαιριών μέσω τηλεφωνικών κλήσεων, δικτύωσης και social media.
• Οργάνωση επαφών και συναντήσεων με υφιστάμενους και δυνητικούς πελάτες.
• Παρουσιάσεις προϊόντων και προτάσεων συνεργασίας.
• Διαπραγμάτευση και ολοκλήρωση συμφωνιών.
• Καταγραφή, παρακολούθηση και αναφορά εμπορικής δραστηριότητας (weekly reporting).
• Συμμετοχή σε εμπορικές εκθέσεις και συνέδρια.
• Συνεργασία με το τμήμα marketing και εμπορική διεύθυνση για την υλοποίηση στόχων.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
• Προϋπηρεσία σε πωλήσεις (ιδανικά B2B – HO.RE.CA).
• Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών.
• Άριστη γνώση MS Office.
• Δυνατότητα επικοινωνίας και διαπραγμάτευσης.
• Πτυχίο ΙΕΚ / ΤΕΙ / ΑΕΙ.
• Δίπλωμα οδήγησης ΙΧ.
• Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις (για άνδρες υποψήφιους).
Επιθυμητά Προσόντα:
• Προϋπηρεσία στον κλάδο HO.RE.CA.
• Γνώση δεύτερης ξένης γλώσσας.
• Εμπειρία χρήσης CRM.
• Ικανότητα παρουσίασης προϊόντων και λύσεων.
• Ομαδικότητα, υπευθυνότητα και διαχείριση χρόνου.
