Area Sales Manager για την περιοχή της Αττικής,
με ισχυρές ηγετικές ικανότητες και σκοπό τη διασφάλιση της εύρυθμης λειτουργίας των καταστημάτων ευθύνης του, την ανάπτυξη του δικτύου καταστημάτων και την επίτευξη των εμπορικών στόχων πωλήσεων και κερδοφορίας.

Ο κατάλληλος υποψήφιος θα μπορεί να καθοδηγεί αποτελεσματικά το ανθρώπινο δυναμικό των καταστημάτων ευθύνης του και να διασφαλίζει την άριστη εξυπηρέτηση πελατών που χαρακτηρίζει την εταιρία μας.

Θα εκτιμηθούν γνώσεις στον χώρο του ηλεκτρολογικού εξοπλισμού ή της βιομηχανίας.

Αρμοδιότητες:

· Ανάπτυξη επιχειρηματικών στρατηγικών για την διεύρυνση του πελατολογίου και τη βελτίωση της κερδοφορίας των καταστημάτων ευθύνης του.

· Έλεγχος για την διασφάλιση υψηλών επιπέδων ικανοποίησης πελατών των καταστημάτων ευθύνης του.

· Εκπαίδευση, υποστήριξη και αξιολόγηση των διευθυντών καταστημάτων και των ομάδων τους.

Αξιολόγηση των εμπορικών και οικονομικών αποτελεσμάτων των καταστημάτων.

· Επίβλεψη των καταστημάτων και διασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με τις πολιτικές και τις εταιρικές διαδικασίες.

· Διοργάνωση και συμμετοχή σε Ενδοεταιρικές συναντήσεις.

· Συμμετοχή σε συναντήσεις με c-level πελάτες για κρίσιμες εμπορικές συμφωνίες.

· Συμμετοχή σε διαδικασίες επιλογής, αξιολόγησης και ανάπτυξης του προσωπικού.

· Συμμετοχή σε εκπαιδεύσεις και εμπορικές δράσεις.

· Άψογη συνεργασία με τον Διευθυντή Δικτύου και τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα της εταιρείας.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

· Πτυχίο στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή σε σχετικό τομέα.

· Θα εκτιμηθούν γνώσεις Ηλεκτρολογίας, Βιομηχανίας, Ενέργειας ή Αυτοματισμού.

· Αποδεδειγμένη επιτυχημένη εμπειρία στον κλάδο των πωλήσεων

· Ευχέρεια στη χρήση πληροφοριακών συστημάτων.

· Καλή γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας.

· Άριστες επικοινωνιακές, διαπροσωπικές και ηγετικές δεξιότητες.
