Η ΑΛΙΜΑΡ ΝΤΙΒΕΛΟΠΜΕΝΤ, μέλος του Ομίλου Κωνσταντίνου, ηγείται στον χώρο των αθλητικών ειδών με δίκτυο franchise καταστημάτων Adidas. Στο πλαίσιο της συνεχούς ανάπτυξης, αναζητούμε έναν Area Manager που θα διαχειριστεί και θα αναπτύξει το δίκτυο καταστημάτων, εξασφαλίζοντας εμπορική επιτυχία και υψηλά standards εξυπηρέτησης.

Ο ρόλος σου:

  • Ηγεσία και καθοδήγηση των Διευθυντών/Υπευθύνων καταστημάτων, ενδυναμώνοντας τις ομάδες για υψηλή απόδοση.
  • Επίτευξη εμπορικών στόχων και συνεχής βελτίωση KPIs.
  • Διασφάλιση της εμπορικής εικόνας των καταστημάτων και της άριστης εμπειρίας εξυπηρέτησης.
  • Στενή συνεργασία με τα τμήματα Marketing, HR, ΙΤ και Αγορών, ώστε να υλοποιούνται αποτελεσματικά οι επιχειρησιακές στρατηγικές.

Τι αναζητούμε:

  • Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 5 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση στο λιανεμπόριο, ιδανικά στον κλάδο των αθλητικών ειδών.
  • Ικανότητα ηγεσίας και διαχείρισης ομάδων, με δυνατές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
  • Αναλυτική σκέψη και ικανότητα λήψης στρατηγικών αποφάσεων βάσει δεδομένων.
  • Προσανατολισμό στην ανάπτυξη, εξέλιξη και συνεχή βελτίωση.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας και άριστη εξοικείωση με το MS Office..
  • Η γνώση του προγράμματος Retail Pro θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
