We are looking for an
Area Manager – Attica (Ho.Re.Ca. Sales)
, a professional with strong leadership skills, commercial mindset, and a passion for developing people and achieving results.
The role is responsible for
leading and managing the field sales team
, expanding the customer base, and ensuring Bristot's commercial presence across the Attica region.
Responsibilities
• Lead, organize, and supervise one of the Ho.Re.Ca. field sales teams within Attica.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve commercial goals.
• Identify new market opportunities and manage key accounts.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer performance.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Training, and After Sales departments.
• Maintain a strong presence in the field, supporting and guiding the sales team.
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of proven experience in Ho.Re.Ca. sales or a similar commercial role.
• Experience in managing and developing sales teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, professionalism, and organizational ability.
• Excellent command of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Valid driving license and availability for travel within Attica.
