Our B2B Sales team is seeking for a B2B District Manager to join us.

What you will do

  • Lead B2B sales teams to achieve targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Track and analyze KPIs and sales objectives (e.g., sales volume, invoicing, P&L) to optimize commercial effectiveness and identify growth opportunities
  • Acts as a strategic business partner to the dealer network, aiming to improve processes and enhance Sme's customers sales development
  • Attends external meetings with B2B Sales Advisors and provides specialized support in identifying and developing opportunities with SME's clients within the assigned territory
  • Participate in the selection and training of B2B Sales Advisors, strengthening their business development skills and product knowledge

About you

To be successful in this role you would need:

  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales positions, of which at least 4 in similar positions, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Fluent in English language
  • Knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools and advanced digital skills
  • Ability to coach and motivate teams
  • Interpersonal communication and relationship management skills
  • Advanced negotiation skills
  • High numerical ability & commercial acumen to drive business decisions
  • Excellent organizational & problem-solving skills
    Strong commitment to targets
