Sun of a Beach is growing its B2B team, and we're looking for a
Sales Manager – Hospitality Clients
with a strong track record in selling premium products or services to hotels, resorts, or corporate clients.
We're after someone who understands the rhythm of the hospitality industry, has a sharp sales instinct, and knows how to build meaningful, long-term relationships. If that sounds like your kind of gig, we want to hear from you.

Your Mission:
Define and implement the sales strategy for the Hospitality sector in Greece and abroad.
Grow our hospitality client network (hotels, resorts, villas, spas) with new business and long-term partnerships.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Oversee tailored proposals and pricing strategies that capture our beach-chic aesthetic and meet client needs.
Monitor KPIs and sales performance, reporting directly to senior management.
Represent Sun of a Beach at key events, trade shows, and client meetings (travel required).
Collaborate with internal departments (production, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless client delivery.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Proven success in selling premium products/services
- An existing portfolio of hospitality industry contacts is a big plus.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Strong communication skills in Greek and English.
- Familiarity with sales CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus).
- Comfortable using ERP systems (we use SoftOne).
- Organized, analytical, and results-driven, with strategic vision and a sharp sales instinct.
