Αρμοδιότητες

  • Επίβλεψη: Συντονισμός και καθοδήγηση όλων των επιπέδων προσωπικού (υπάλληλοι υποδοχής, κουζίνα, καμαριέρες κ.λπ.) και καθορισμός στόχων
  • Διαχείριση κρατήσεων: Παρακολούθηση και ενημέρωση των κρατήσεων και του channel manager
  • Προγραμματισμός: Σχεδιασμός δραστηριοτήτων και κατανομή αρμοδιοτήτων για βέλτιστη λειτουργία
  • Διαχείριση προϋπολογισμών: Ανάλυση οικονομικών δεδομένων, έλεγχος δαπανών και παρακολούθηση πωλήσεων και κερδών
  • Στρατηγική μάρκετινγκ: Ανάπτυξη και υλοποίηση στρατηγικών για την προώθηση των υπηρεσιών του ξενοδοχείου
  • Επικοινωνία με πελάτες: Υποδοχή, αντιμετώπιση παραπόνων, λύση προβλημάτων, παροχή πληροφοριών
  • Διαχείριση συντήρησης: Αντιμετώπιση θεμάτων συντήρησης, ελλείψεων προσωπικού ή εξοπλισμού, ανακαινίσεις
  • Συνεργασία με φορείς: Επικοινωνία με προμηθευτές, ταξιδιωτικά πρακτορεία κ.λπ.
  • Επιθεώρηση εγκαταστάσεων: Διασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με πρότυπα υγείας και ασφάλειας

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Εμπειρία: Τουλάχιστον 10 έτη σε ξενοδοχεία All inclusive και ΗB
  • Εμπειρία σε θέση Sales στον κλάδο φιλοξενίας
  • Γλώσσες: Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών, επιθυμητές οι επιπλέον γλώσσες
  • Γνώση πρακτικών: Κατανόηση βέλτιστων πρακτικών διοίκησης ξενοδοχειακών επιχειρήσεων και σχετικών νόμων
  • Τεχνικές δεξιότητες: Εμπειρία σε MS Office και λογισμικό διαχείρισης ξενοδοχείων (PMS)
  • Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών: Εξαιρετικές δεξιότητες εξυπηρέτησης πελατών και επιχειρηματικός τρόπος σκέψης
  • Ικανότητες: Αποδεδειγμένη ικανότητα στη λήψη αποφάσεων, επίλυση προβλημάτων, αξιοπιστία, και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
  • Εκπαίδευση: Πτυχίο στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Διοίκηση Ξενοδοχειακών Επιχειρήσεων
