General Manager
to lead the launch and oversee the daily operations of an innovative project bringing new life to a historic market in the heart of Thessaloniki This is more than a job—it's a chance to be part of a bold vision that combines premium retail with extraordinary food & beverage experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee the operations of all market departments (fish market, butcher shop, wine cellar, grocery).

Lead and support department managers, ensuring smooth collaboration and mutual assistance.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety, and hygiene regulations.

Manage supplier relationships, purchasing, and inventory to maintain operational efficiency.

Maintain a consistently high level of customer service and guest satisfaction.

Contribute to defining strategic objectives and driving sustainable business growth.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a General Manager, Operations Manager, or Area Manager position within the hospitality, F&B or premium food retail.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills multi-department environments.

Solid administrative and commercial abilities.

Strong understanding of cost control, inventory management, and key business performance indicators.

Flexibility, decisiveness, and adaptability in a demanding environment.

Experience in managing multi-department stores or food markets.

Excellent knowledge of English language (knowledge of an additional foreign language is a plus).

Passion for gastronomy and high-quality ingredients.
