LIDIS Property Partners
, a local real estate private equity firm specializing in high-end urban redevelopments.
We are now seeking a
dynamic Sales & Revenue Manager
to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial strategy of our expanding hotel portfolio.
About the Role
You will be responsible for driving revenue performance, optimizing distribution channels, and developing key partnerships that will position our hotels as leading destinations for both business and leisure guests. Working closely with ownership and the operations team, you will help define pricing strategies, identify market opportunities, and implement effective sales initiatives across all properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and revenue management strategies to maximize profitability across all hotels.
- Manage OTA channels, direct bookings, and B2B partnerships (corporate, travel agencies, event planners).
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Support pre-opening and branding activities for upcoming hotels in the Collection.
- Prepare monthly sales and performance reports for management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum
4 years of experience
in hotel sales, revenue, or commercial management. - Proven record in improving occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
- Strong understanding of Athens' hospitality market and digital distribution platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with PMS, Channel Manager, and pricing tools (e.g., Cloudbeds, SiteMinder, etc.) is a plus.
