Description

Cosmhotel Group, is seeking a Revenue Manager to join its team. As a Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, evaluating pricing strategies and optimizing room occupancy revenue using forecasting, demand analysis, and data-driven decision-making. Also, you will play a vital role in maximizing the company's profitability by implementing effective revenue management strategies across all revenue streams with care by following the company's SOPs. The Revenue Manager reports directly to the CEO. We are committed to creating a supportive and inspiring work environment, offering opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to develop effective revenue management strategies.

  • Monitor and adjust pricing and inventory availability on all distribution channels, including online travel agencies (OTAs), global distribution systems (GDS), and direct channels.

  • Conduct regular revenue meetings with the sales and reservations teams to ensure alignment on pricing, promotions, and strategies.

  • Utilize revenue management systems and tools to forecast demand, optimize pricing, and maximize revenue.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional and marketing initiatives.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of distribution partners and negotiate contracts and rates.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on revenue performance, market trends, and key metrics to senior management.

  • Maintain a strong knowledge of market conditions and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and potential risks.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue management and implement relevant changes or enhancements as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in the hotel industry

  • In-depth knowledge of revenue management principles, strategies, and techniques

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail

  • Proficiency in revenue management systems and tools

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software

  • Fluency in English and knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
