We at Nova, are a young and dynamic team, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, looking for a vibrant and fast-thinking "Revenue Assurance Analyst" be part of our successful team in our "Revenue Assurance team"

You have a challenging mission for: 

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Assurance Analyst to join our Revenue Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. 

What will you do: 

  • Monitor and analyze Revenue Assurance (RA) controls and KPIs to mitigate potential leakages. Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions. 
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and investigations based on data analysis, statistical analysis, detailed data tracing, and raw charging records review. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Network, Marketing, B2B, Wholesale, etc,) to develop best practices ensuring the accuracy and integrity of revenue streams. 
  • Design and implement automated controls utilizing Excel, BI or other analytics tools to optimize process efficiency. 
  • Assist in developing and implementing revenue assurance policies. Prepare monthly reports and presentations for management. 

It would be great if you have: 

  • BSc in Data Analytics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (MSc is a plus). 
  • Experience in an analytics role. 
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office, Power BI, and SQL. 
  • Ability to handle large and complex datasets. 
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams. 
  • Result-oriented with a hands-on approach and a continuous learning mindset.
