Our company, one of the fastest-growing players in intensive retail, is seeking a
Financial Analyst
to strengthen the Finance team and contribute to the effective management of financial flows, strict cost control, and the support of strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Perform revenue analysis by category, store, and channel.
  • Control inventories, gross margins, and stock variances across the store network.
  • Design, monitor, and report on financial performance KPIs.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing processes.
  • Analyze and monitor supplier agreements (rebates, discounts, terms of cooperation).
  • Collaborate and communicate with external accountants and auditors to ensure tax and accounting compliance.
  • Identify risks and propose cost and process optimization initiatives.
  • Work closely with Accounting, Store Operations, and the Management Team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree considered a plus).
  • 3-5 years of professional experience as a Financial Analyst ideally in retail, FMCG.
  • Use of ERP systems and MS Excel (pivot tables, modeling).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
