Commercial & Revenue Manager

Deviant Hospitality is seeking a Commercial & Revenue Manager to lead our commercial performance across sales, marketing, and revenue optimization. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who combines strategic thinking with strong analytical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and expand all sales channels (OTAs, corporate, B2B, direct).
Develop and negotiate commercial agreements with key partners.
Oversee digital marketing strategy, including performance campaigns and content coordination.
Implement revenue management practices: daily pricing, forecasting, segmentation, and reporting.
Monitor market trends and competitive set performance.
Manage PMS, channel manager, and analytics tools to ensure accurate data and insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial efforts with operational needs.
Requirements
Mandatory previous experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
Proven experience in sales management, revenue management, and/or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of hotel distribution systems, PMS, and channel managers.
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
