iLink New Technologies was founded in 2005 aiming to intorduce innovative information systems to the greek market. iLink's very first information system, called PowerTech, belonged to the Mobile Workforce Management System Software and filled a large gap in the greek software sector. In 2008, iLink introduced PowerFleet, the most competitive Fleet Management system in Greece.
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales & Business Development professional to join our team in Athens. The successful candidate will lead growth efforts by driving new business through our SaaS Offerings. You will play a critical role in expanding our presence in the Greek Market and delivering tangible commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to drive sales of services and products.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across key industries.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor.
- Manage existing portofolio of accounts, being responsible for renewals and up selling opportunities.
- Partner with internal teams, such as Customer Success, Business Development and Engineering team to create compelling value propositions.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competition, and clients need to tailor offerings
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and reporting in CRM systems.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings in Greece or Abroad.
- Actively build your own pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn Campaigns and participation in Industry Events
Required Qualifications
• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account
management, preferably IT Services Sector.
• Proven track record of selling both services and products .
• Fluency in Greek and English—spoken and written.
• Strong understanding of the Greek logistics market and customer landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
