Sales Executive

(this is a job opportunity located in Athens and Santorini)

We are looking for a Sales Executive who wants to move his/her career forward. As a Sales Executive you will…

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities targeting corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and group bookings.
  • Build and maintain a strong professional network to boost sales and enhance brand visibility.
  • Participate in sales trips, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and attract new clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients, handling inquiries and offering tailored recommendations.
  • Develop strategies to upsell and cross-sell additional hotel services (F&B, spa, events) in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Monitor sales performance, generate reports, maintain CRM records, and provide insights on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless delivery of services and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Entry Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar sales role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the local and international hotel market, including trends and competitors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiar with Opera or similar PMS
  • Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service
