Job Description
VesselBot is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving engagement, and building long-term relationships that enable both business success and environmental impact. By combining your knowledge of logistics with a passion for sustainability, you'll help customers seamlessly integrate our emissions visibility platform into their operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding and implementation process
- Develop a deep understanding of each customer's logistics operations and sustainability goals
- Drive product adoption and usage by delivering tailored guidance and best practices
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any issues or concerns
- Provide training and support to customers to ensure they are effectively using the platform
- Collaborate with the product and development teams to communicate customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and renewal, supporting business growth and long-term partnerships
Requirements
Requirements and Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a customer success, account management, or logistics operations role
- Hands-on experience or working knowledge of the freight forwarding industry or broader logistics sector is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced, start up environment
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Fluent in English
