Comet Growth is looking for a motivated
Business Development Executive
to join our
team in Greece
. We create growth for businesses through communication, digital solutions and business development with a strong focus on the maritime industry.

This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of an ambitious company that
builds bridges between Greece and Norway
while supporting partners in expanding their presence across Europe. As Business Development Executive you will take an active role in meeting clients, developing new opportunities and representing Comet Growth at key industry events and conferences. Your mission will be to build strong commercial relationships, close opportunities and strengthen our company profile in a sector that is undergoing exciting transformation.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop new leads through regular meetings, roadshows, and sales calls
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Respond promptly to inbound enquiries, identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell
  • Manage and grow allocated accounts, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded
  • Keep detailed records of customer activity using our CRM system
  • Represent Comet Growth at maritime events, trade shows, and conferences

What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills to manage your own sales pipeline
  • A proactive, affable personality with a positive "can-do" attitude
  • Experience working with CRM systems (preferred)
  • 2–5 years of sales experience
  • Maritime industry knowledge or technical background is a plus
  • Degree-level education preferred
