Manifest is seeking an experienced New Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of proven experience in a business development or sales role and a strong ability to identify, develop and close new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement new lead generation strategies.
  • Utilize various platforms, sales tools and networking, to find and engage leads.
  • Conduct cold calls and schedule meetings with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Follow-up offers to close deals.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales in private sector is a must.
  • +5 years proven experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Proficient knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus.
