ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, is seeking an IT Service Management Specialist

Our client is a leading Technology Solution Provider, with focus on large-scale Digital Transformation Services

Location: Athens – City Center

Working Model: Hybrid (3 days office,2 remote)

You will be reporting to: ESM Manager

What you will do:

As IT Service Management Specialist, you will be part of the ITSM/ESM Team and you will participate in the design, implementation and support of large-scale enterprise projects

More specifically you will:

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve Enterprise Service Management (ESM)/ITSM solutions tailored to the needs of large-scale organizational structures
  • Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze challenges, and define strategic, value-driven solutions
  • Deliver, configure, and customize robust service management solutions ensuring scalability and performance
  • Contribute to the development, enhancement, and alignment of ITSM/ITIL processes with the industry's best practices and organizational goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in ITSM/ESM projects
  • 5+ years of experience in a Consulting or Technical BA role
  • SW Engineering background
  • Experience in any ITSM product such as ServiceNow, Jira etc
  • Solid Project Managements skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills both in Greek and English
  • Ability to work individually or as a member of a larger team
  • Attention to detail and sense of accountability and ownership

Any experience in the following will be considered an asset

  • Knowledge of ITIL / ITIL certification
  • Experience in IT process consulting, optimization, or participation in BPMN projects
  • Participation in digital transformation or workflow automation projects
