Now, we're looking for a Franchise Expansion Specialist to help us scale this dream even further. If you thrive on building partnerships, spotting new market opportunities, and setting up bold new ventures—this role is your next sweet step.

What You'll Do


• Research, evaluate, and prioritize franchise expansion opportunities globally


• Identify and engage strong, values-aligned franchise partners


• Manage deal pipelines from lead to signed agreement


• Coordinate with design, operations, and training teams to prepare partners for success


• Assist in territory planning, contract compliance, and regional launch strategies


• Provide insights and updates to refine and enhance our international growth model

What You Bring


• 3+ years of experience in franchise development, F&B, or multi-unit retail expansion


• A commercial mindset and strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Exposure to international markets and multicultural business environments


• Proven track record in business development and closing partnership deals


• Confidence navigating cultural and regional business nuances


• [Bonus] Experience working with food concepts or lifestyle brands


• [Double Bonus] You've led franchise rollouts and supported partners through launch and growth
