ICAP Executive Search & Selection, onbehalf of a dynamic Greek dairy company, is looking for a drivenprofessional for the position of Franchise Network Development Specialist,based in Athens.

Franchise Network Development Specialist (6029/FNDS/ESS/GR)

Role Overview:

We are seeking Franchise Network Development Specialist to support the expansion and optimization ofour client's franchise network in Attica. In this dynamic role, you will assistin identifying and evaluating new franchise partners and locations in alignmentwith company's vision, manage legal and leasing procedures, and coordinate theend-to-end process of store openings and renovation activities. In addition,you will manage the internal systems and procedures related to franchiseeoperations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance across the network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conductmarket mapping and analyze target areas to support strategic store networkexpansion
  • Identify,evaluate and communicate with prospective franchise partners, ensuringalignment with brand standards
  • Delivertailored franchise proposals and support negotiations throughout the agreementprocess
  • Collaboratewith real estate agencies to secure suitable store locations
  • Overseelegal, technical, and lease-related procedures
  • Negotiatelease terms and manage agreements with property owners
  • Coordinateall pre-opening activities and facilitate onboarding and training for newfranchisees to ensure timely store launches and operational consistency
  • Monitorcompetitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Qualifications:

  • BSc in Economics or Business Administration ispreferred
  • 3+ of experience in a similar role in retailoperations or in a company with a franchise network preferably within thedevelopment department
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of MSOffice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation andinterpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus onachieving targets
  • Proven ability to handle partner-relatedchallenges
  • Adaptable and flexible, with strong teamwork,problem-solving, and initiative-taking abilities
  • Ability to travel if required
