About the Job

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the expansion and optimization of our franchise network in Attica. In this dynamic role, you will assist in identifying and evaluating new franchise partners and locations, manage legal and leasing procedures, and coordinate store openings and renovation activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analyze target areas for strategic store network growth
  • Identify, evaluate and communicate with prospective franchise partners to ensure alignment with brand standards
  • Develop tailored franchise proposals and negotiate agreements throughout the process
  • Collaborate with real estate agencies to secure suitable store locations
  • Negotiate lease terms and manage property owner relationships
  • Coordinate pre-opening activities and facilitate onboarding and training for new franchisees
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations or franchise development
  • Fluent English language skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets
  • Proven ability to handle partner-related challenges
  • Adaptable and flexible with strong teamwork, problem-solving and initiative-taking abilities
