THE ROLE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a
Digital Marketing Specialist
for full time employment in our offices in Nea Erythraia, Attika. The objectives of this professional are to design and implement a 360° digital marketing strategy in order to increase our booking engines reservations, increase acquisition and attract new market segments. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, creative thinker, possessing deep understanding of digital strategies, Google Ads and performance marketing, keeping up to date with the latest tourism and digital trends, with a natural flair for quality content and aesthetics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overall accountability to develop and implement a
360° digital marketing strategy.

• Identify customer segments with high potential for account expansion by leveraging customer data and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Design, plan, launch and measure performance of digital media campaigns aligned with business goals for Digital Marketing (e.g. SEO/SEM, eMail Marketing, website).
• Responsible for digital content creation, planning and uploading (e.g. website, banners, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing).

· Suggest and implement new features and initiatives to increase performance of acquisition and retention channels (e.g. on-site campaigns, social media formats).

· Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess goals (ROI and KPIs).

Manage all internal or external platforms regarding social media and Digital Advertising.

·
Collaborate with all group departments, especially Sales & Marketing, as well as our digital marketing partners to ensure consistency across channels.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ ABILITIES:

Digital Marketing certificate or degree from an accredited School. Master's degree will be considered as a strong advantage.

·
At least 3 years of experience with a track record of supporting digital marketing programs such as social media campaigns, performance marketing etc.

·
2+ years of Digital Marketing experience in the hospitality industry (hotel, travel agency etc) with good knowledge of tourism terms.

· Be aware of and implement the latest digital trends in hospitality.

·
Knowledge of Word press.

·
Knowledge of CMS is desirable.

·
Strong acumen of Google Analytics.

·
Strong analytical and good reasoning skills.

·
Must be able to manage multiple projects in order to meet deadlines and achieve goals.

·
Superb time management skills, effective communicator, team contributor, sales-oriented personality.

·
Attention to detail.

• Fluency in English and Greek (oral and written).
