Digital Account Manager

, with 3+ years' experience in Digital Marketing, to join our team in
Athens
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

Your Responsibilities will include among others
:

  • Own and manage day-to day processes of clients and assigned projects, while maintaining project timelines, deadlines and taking ownership of budget execution
  • Manage digital campaigns on several platforms (
    Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads
    )
  • Creating and optimizing email campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (
    ROI and KPIs
    )
  • Research of new trends and keeping the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing

Required Competencies

  • 3+ years of proven working experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in an agency
  • Hands-on experience in setting up and optimizing Ads Campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads etc.)
  • Proven hands-on experience managing e-commerce ad accounts with a strong track record of success
  • Social Media Platform experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, YouTube
  • Time-management skills
  • Willingness to learn about new marketing channels and strategies, and work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command of Greek & English

Desired Competencies

  • Google ads, Facebook ads and similar certifications are a plus
  • BA in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field
