In this role, you will assist clients with various inquiries related to financial products and services while ensuring clear and effective communication in Greek.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to financial products and services, including account information, loans, and investment options via phone, email, and chat in Greek
- Provide accurate information about financial regulations, policies, and procedures to clients
- Assist customers with account management, including transactions, disputes, and service requests
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for future reference and follow-up
- Collaborate with financial advisors and support teams to deliver exceptional service to clients
- Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and regulations to provide informed assistance
Requirements
- Fluency in Greek (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services or banking sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client care
- Analytical problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Able to handle sensitive financial information with discretion
- Proficiency in using CRM software and general office applications
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
