Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce a position for Greek Speaking Customer Service Representatives at a leading Corporate Services Company in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are keen on delivering exceptional service in a corporate environment. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with inquiries related to corporate services, ensuring they receive the highest level of support while communicating in Greek.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to corporate services, including business registration, compliance, and financial services via phone, email, and chat in Greek
- Provide clients with detailed information about service offerings and assist with the application processes
- Resolve customer complaints effectively, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference
- Collaborate with internal departments to expedite service delivery and address client concerns
- Stay informed about changes in corporate regulations and business processes to provide accurate guidance to clients
Requirements
- Fluency in Greek (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a corporate services or business environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing inquiries
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM software and business communication tools
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary
